We welcome our guests to the Auerhahn restaurant every day. First for breakfast. Then to the fine dining menu. Our kitchen team led by chef Yann Bosshammer places particular emphasis on the regionality and seasonality of the products used.

Please note that the Auerhahn restaurant is only available to our hotel guests and we do not accept external reservations at this time.
